Get to know Benjamin Borsodi
Benjamin Borsodi is a partner in our Dispute Resolution Group in Geneva. His areas of practice include commercial litigation, white-collar crime, international mutual assistance, asset tracing and corporate criminal liability.
He studied at the University of Geneva and graduated with a degree in economics in 1994 and a law degree in 1996. Benjamin Borsodi was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 1999 and in New York in 2001 after earning a Master of Laws from Georgetown University Law Center in 2000.
Benjamin Borsodi chairs the Litigation Commission of the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA). He also serves in other professional associations, such as the International Bar Association (IBA) and the European Criminal Bar Association (ECBA). He has authored and co-authored publications on international legal assistance in criminal matters and other white-collar issues.
