Get to know Anne-Carole Cremades
Anne-Carole Cremades is an associate in our International Arbitration Group in Geneva. She specializes in international commercial arbitration and has acted as counsel before international arbitral tribunals in a broad range of disputes involving share purchase agreements, oil & gas contracts, joint venture agreements, sales and distribution contracts, international construction contracts and investment disputes between states and foreign investors. In addition, she has acted as secretary to arbitral tribunals in several ICC and ad hoc arbitrations.
After graduating (summa cum laude) from the University of Paris in 2000, Anne-Carole Cremades earned a postgraduate degree in private law (summa cum laude) in 2001 and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Business Law (with merits) from King's College London (University of London) in 2002. Between 2002 and 2004, she worked as a teaching assistant in contract law at the University of Paris and as a trainee in a Madrid law firm before being admitted to the Paris Bar in 2005. Prior to joining our firm in 2010, she worked as an associate in a renowned Paris law firm, where she practiced international commercial and investment arbitration as well as domestic and international litigation. She is a member of several professional associations, including the Club Español de Arbitraje, the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), ASA Below 40 and the International Centre for Dispute Resolution (ICDR) Young & International.
