Olivier Hari is Of Counsel in Schellenberg Wittmer's Corporate & Commercial, Mergers & Acquisitions, Capital Markets and Restructuring & Insolvency groups. Olivier Hari is also a professor of law (Chair for Corporate and Business Law, Faculty of Law of the University of Neuchâtel; Insolvency Law, Faculty of Law of the University of Geneva, Bar School).

His main areas of practice include company law (including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, corporate insolvency and restructuring), banking and financial markets law (regulatory matters) and litigation proceedings in relation with such matters.

With extensive experience in corporate and transactional matters, companies restructuring and complex insolvency proceedings, Olivier won strong endorsements, with sources highlighting his restructuring expertise. Olivier Hari graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Neuchâtel (J.D. magna cum laude in 2003, Ph.D. in Law magna cum laude in 2010) and was admitted to the Bar in Switzerland in 2007.
