Get to know Angelina M. Petti
Angelina Petti is an associate in our International Arbitration Group in Geneva. She concentrates her practice in the area of international commercial arbitration. Angelina Petti is a U.S. licensed attorney and is admitted to the New York State Bar. In 2006, she graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law, where she was also a Notes & Comments Editor for the Hofstra Law Review. In 2009, she went on to earn an LL.M. in International Dispute Settlement from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies & University of Geneva School of Law. She joined our firm as an associate in 2009.
Angelina Petti is the author of "Judicial Enforcement of Arbitration Agreements: The Stay-Dismissal Dichotomy of FAA Section 3," 34 Hofstra Law Review 565 (2005), republished in Hyderabad India by the ICFAI Journal for Alternative Dispute Resolution in 2007. She is a member of the Swiss Arbitration Association, the ICDR Young & International and the New York Bar Association and the International Bar Association.
