Get to know Alexander Roesch
Alexander Roesch is an associate in our Banking and Finance Group in Zurich. His main areas of practice include banking and finance law, capital markets and stock exchange law, private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate law.
Alexander Roesch was admitted to the bar in Switzerland and joined our firm in 2004, having graduated from the universities of Fribourg (Switzerland) and Leuven (Belgium) in 2001 (Mlaw). After spending 2007-08 as a foreign associate in the banking and finance team of De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek in Amsterdam and as secondee with UBS Investment Bank in Zurich, he rejoined us in 2009. He is a member of several professional associations, including the Zurich Bar Association and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
