Anne-Véronique Schlaepfer appointed Chairperson of the Arbitration Committee

Swiss Chambers' Court of Arbitration and Mediation appoints Anne-Véronique Schlaepfer as Chairperson of the Arbitration Committee

On 11 February 2010, Anne-Véronique Schlaepfer has been appointed by the Swiss Chambers' Court of Arbitration and Mediation as Chairperson of the Arbitration Committee, in charge of administrating arbitration proceedings governed by the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration. As Chairperson of the Arbitration Committee, Mrs Anne-Véronique Schlaepfer also chairs the Special Committee that renders decisions, inter alia, on the challenge and revocation of arbitrators and advises the Swiss Chambers on other procedural matters that may arise in relation to the application of the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration.
