 Roland Mathys, LL.M.
 Partner Intellectual Property / Information Technology,
 Zurich

Roland Mathys specializes in information and communication technology (ICT) law. His main fields of practice include ICT outsourcing transactions, data protection, ICT compliance and dispute resolution in ICT matters. He is Director of the International Technology Law Association (ITechLaw). From 2008 to 2014, he was a partner in a business law firm in Basel.

 Caroline Clemetson, LL.M.
 Partner Banking and Finance.

Caroline Clemetson focuses on banking and finance law. She has extensive experience in financial markets regulation in particular collective investment schemes, financial products, asset management and distribution. From 2006 to 2014, she worked for the Swiss Financial Markets Supervisory Authority FINMA, where she was Head of the Investment Products and Distribution Department.

 Dr. Hans Kuhn, LL.M.
 Of Counsel Banking and Finance,
 Zurich / Geneva

Hans Kuhn focuses on banking and finance law. He advises clients in all aspects of Swiss and European financial markets law. He has extensive experience in the law governing the banking and financial market infrastructure, payment transactions and securities as well as in monetary and currency law. Until the end of 2013, he served as general counsel of the Swiss National Bank.

 Anne-Carole Cremades, LL.M.
 Counsel International Arbitration,
 Geneva

Anne-Carole Cremades is specialized in international commercial arbitration. She regularly acts as counsel in international complex disputes involving, inter alia, share purchase agreements, construction contracts, joint venture agreements, sales and distribution contracts, oil & gas contracts, as well as investment disputes between states and foreign investors. She also serves as arbitrator or legal secretary and acts as legal expert to arbitral tribunals. Much of her work focuses on Spain and Latin America. She also represents parties before the Swiss Supreme Court in proceedings related to challenges of arbitral awards.

A bilingual French-Spanish citizen, Anne-Carole Cremades graduated with highest honors from Paris II University (Panthéon-Assas). She earned a postgraduate degree from Paris II University and a Masters in Laws (LL.M) from King's College London. After working as a teaching assistant at Paris II University, she began her career as attorney in 2005 at a leading law firm in Paris, working in international commercial and investment arbitration as well as international litigation. She joined Schellenberg Wittmer in 2010.


 James Menz, J.D.
 Counsel International Arbitration, Zurich


James Menz practices international commercial arbitration. He focuses on complex commercial disputes involving international construction contracts, sales, distribution, and licensing agreements, and competition law. He also acts as arbitrator and legal secretary to arbitral tribunals under a variety of institutional arbitration rules.

A bilingual German-American citizen, James Menz received his Juris Doctor with highest honors from the George Washington University Law School in 2005. He began his career as an associate at a leading international law firm in New York working on complex litigations, merger control, and compliance. He joined Schellenberg Wittmer as an associate in 2009.
