Oliver Triebold appointed Senior Vice Chair of the IBA's Corporate and M&A Law Committee

M&A Partner Oliver Triebold has been appointed Senior Vice-Chair of the International Bar Association's Corporate and M&A Law Committee. In this position, he serves together with Samuel A. Nolen of Richards Layton & Finger, Delaware, USA, under the chairmanship of Per Berglöf, Advokatfirman Delphi, Stockholm, Sweden, and Alan Klein, Simpson Thacher, New York, USA.
The International Bar Association (IBA), established in 1947, is the world’s leading organization of international legal practitioners, bar associations and law societies. The IBA influences the development of international law reform and shapes the future of the legal profession throughout the world. It has a membership of more than 40,000 individual lawyers and 197 bar associations and law societies spanning all continents.
Within the IBA, the Corporate and M&A Law Committee is one of the largest committees and the principal committee that covers issues relating to all types of mergers and acquisitions.
