Schellenberg Wittmer Ltd is pleased to announce the opening of a presence in Singapore. As one of the leading Swiss business law firms with offices in Zurich and Geneva, Singapore will be our first office abroad. Schellenberg Wittmer Pte Ltd is registered as a foreign law practice in Singapore.
Out of Singapore we assist Asian companies with investing and doing business in Switzerland and advise on Swiss legal, tax and regulatory matters, focusing on areas including financial services, corporate/M&A, real estate, information technology, life sciences, infrastructure and luxury brands. We also assist Swiss and European clients with their investments and projects in Asia, coordinating legal matters (without advising on local law) between Europe and Asia as an intermediary with in-depth knowledge in both regions.
In Singapore we further offer top-tier advice and representation in international arbitration, drawing on the resources of our leading international arbitration practice, regularly featured in GAR30 as one of the thirty leading arbitration practices worldwide.
