Blaise Stucki: On the Jury panel, at the Swiss Moot Court Finalist Round

Dispute Resolution Partner Blaise Stucki was in the panelist Jury at the Swiss Moot Court, Final Competition, that gathered approx. 100 (TBC) competing Swiss Law Students in Lucerne, on the 17th – 18th February 2017.

Blaise, part of the panel of renowned Judges and Lawyers, evaluated finalist teams' oral arguments of a proposed case at the Federal Court in Lucerne. Evaluation was based on the relevance of the students' arguments, as well as on rhetoric and persuasiveness.

The Swiss Moot Court is an open competition for Law students (who have not yet obtained a Bachelor or Masters' Degree) enrolled at University.  This practice allows students the opportunity to put into practice acquired knowledge, gain ECTS University points, and most importantly interact with a live audience of high-profile Lawyers and Judges.
