TEP, MCJ (NYU) was a speaker on the ground-breaking anti-money laundering directive for trusts, foundations and similar entities at an ARIF seminar in Geneva.
ARIF is an official self-regulatory organism recognized by FINMA, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority, and by the Swiss federal government. It currently has more than 500 members, all non-banking financial intermediaries active in Switzerland (trustees, asset managers, etc.).
David spoke alongside Mark Barmes, head of Lenz & Staehelin's private client group and chair of the Regulation and Compliance Technical Committee of the Swiss Association of Trust Companies (SATC).
