David Wallace Wilson: Swiss Bar Association's opening lecture in Family Law and Estate Planning

Geneva Private Clients partner David Wallace Wilson, TEP, MCJ (NYU), lectures on trusts as a tool for family and estate planning ("Le trust comme instrument de planification dans le cadre des relations familiales") at the University of Geneva on 31 August 2012.
This conference is part of the opening lecture, devoted to Estate Planning for Spouses, Registered Partners and Companions, for the new certified specialist program in Family Law and Estate Planning. This program is designed by the Swiss Bar Association in conjunction with the Universities of Geneva, Lausanne and Neuchâtel. The program is aimed at advanced lawyers. Successful candidates will gain the title "Certified Specialist in Family Law and Estate Planning" delivered by the Swiss Bar Association.
David Wallace Wilson will lecture on trusts and asset structuring in this advanced program.
