Grégoire Wuest: Trusts and Trustees in a transparent world
In his presentation, Grégoire Wuest spoke on tax exchange information and trusts between Switzerland and other jurisdictions. Grégoire explained the Switzerland's and offshore jurisdictions' official position towards the international exchange of tax information and the trustee's duties in the scope of a tax information exchange request.
