Get to know Philippe Nicod
Philippe Nicod is an associate in our Corporate and Commercial Group and our Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Geneva. His main areas of practice are corporate and contract law and banking and finance.
He studied at the law schools of the Universities of Zurich and Lausanne, where he graduated in 2002. During his studies he worked as a legal assistant with the Swiss Takeover Board. From 2003 to 2005 he attended the University of International Business and Economics in Beijing. He joined our firm as a trainee in 2005 and, after being admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2008, as an associate.
