• Merger Control: we assist on a variety of complex merger control proceedings (including a large number of stage II procedures) in Switzerland; 
• Investigations: we represent clients in anti-trust investigations by the Swiss competition authority, with special expertise in representing parties in dominance cases (print media and television, telecommunication, electricity, payment cards, retail etc.);  
• General Competition Advice: we advise various corporate (national and multinational) clients on competition law regarding exclusive and selective distribution agreements as well as licensing agreements (luxury watches, pharmaceuticals, technology, communication, media, financial and insurance services, etc.);  
• Leniency: we handle several national and international leniency procedures;  
• Dawn Raids: we assist with respect to dawn raids by the Swiss competition authority;  
• Compliance: we provide compliance programs, training and audits for Swiss and international clients;  
• Arbitration: we cooperate with the arbitration and litigation team on aspects of competition law in arbitration cases;  
• Related Areas: we handle telecom and energy regulatory assignments, health care procedures, public procurement matters and investigations by the Surveillant of Prices (Preisüberwacher, Surveillant des Prix).
