Get to know Juhani Kostka
Juhani Kostka is an associate in our Competition Group and our Corporate and Commercial Group in Zurich. The main areas of practice of Juhani Kostka are competition law, corporate and contract law.
Juhani Kostka graduated from the schools of law of the University of Fribourg and the University of Durham. After his studies he worked as a teaching and research assistant with Prof. Dr. Dr. hc. Peter Gauch and Prof. Dr. Hubert Stöckli at the Chair of Commercial and Civil Law of the University of Fribourg. He wrote his PhD thesis on hard core cartels under Prof. Walter Stoffel and was a PhD visiting scholar at the Kings College London (Prof. Richard Whish). Juhani Kostka joined Schellenberg Wittmer first as a legal intern and then later as an associate. He published several works on competition law and is also a co-author of a main legal commentary on Swiss Competition law.
