Get to know Jean Jacques Ah Choon
Jean Jacques Ah Choon is a partner in our Geneva office, where he heads our Mergers & Acquisitions Group. His main areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, corporate law and stock exchange law. He regularly advises both Swiss and international clients on all types of mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, takeovers, joint ventures, and general corporate matters. He also advises clients on financing issues.
After graduating from the University of Geneva School of Law in 1997, he joined our firm that same year and was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 1999. He became a partner in 2007.
He is the author of several articles in the M&A and corporate field and a member of various professional organizations, such as the International Bar Association, CEDIDAC, AIBL, etc.
