Get to know Tarek Houdrouge
Tarek Houdrouge is an associate in our Banking and Finance Group and our Corporate and Commercial Group in Geneva. His main areas of practice include banking and finance, mergers & acquisitions as well as corporate and contract law.
Tarek Houdrouge studied at the Law School of the University of Lausanne where he graduated with a law degree in 2003 and with a LL.M. in European and International Economic Law in 2004. After he was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2006, he worked as an associate in the banking and corporate department of a large business law firm in Geneva. He obtained a Master of Laws from Northwestern University School of Law (Chicago) in 2010 and was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2011. He joined our firm in 2010.
