Get to know Fabio Segat
Fabio Segat is an associate in our Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Zurich. His main areas of practice include corporate and contract law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital, and capital markets.
Fabio Segat studied law at the University of St. Gallen and Salzburg, Austria (M.A. HSG in Law 2007). Prior to joining our firm in 2010, he gained experience as a legal intern in two other major law firms in Zurich and at the District Court of Wil in the Canton of St. Gallen.
