Get to know Eliane Fischer
Eliane Fischer is an associate in our Dispute Resolution Group in Zurich. Her main areas of practice are domestic and international commercial litigation and arbitration.
Eliane Fischer studied at the Universities of Fribourg (bilingual [French/German] law degree with a specialisation in European law, 2004) and Grenoble (Diplôme d'administration et politique internationales, 2002). During her studies, she worked as a research assistant in civil law at the University of Fribourg, as a legal intern in a major Swiss law firm as well as at the District Court of Meilen. After receiving a master’s in international relations from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva (MIA, 2006), she worked as a Case Lawyer at the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg. Prior to joining our firm as an associate in 2011, Eliane Fischer gained experience as a legal intern at a commercial law firm based in Zurich and as a law clerk at the Administrative Court of the Canton of Zurich.
