Get to know Ueli Hengartner
Ueli Hengartner is an associate in our Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Zurich. His main areas of practice include corporate and contract law, mergers & acquisitions and capital markets.
Ueli Hengartner studied law at the University of St. Gallen (lic. iur. 2005) and Columbia University (LL.M. 2009, Fulbright Scholar). During his studies he worked as a trainee in our office in Zurich and as a research and teaching assistant with Prof. Dr. Thomas Geiser, chair of private and commercial law at the University of St. Gallen. Before rejoining our firm as an associate in 2009, Ueli Hengartner gained experience as a legal intern in a major law firm in Basel and at the District Court of Waldenburg in the Canton of Basel-Country.
