Hubert Gmünder is an associate in our Mergers & Acquisitions Group in Zurich. His main areas of practice include corporate and contract law, mergers & acquisitions, and restructuring and insolvency.
Hubert Gmünder studied law at the University of Lausanne and Zurich (MLaw 2008). Prior to joining our firm as an associate in 2011, he gained experience as a legal intern in two major law firms in Zurich and St. Gallen and as a law clerk at the Cantonal Court in St. Gallen.
