Get to know Timo Sulc
Timo Sulc is an associate in our Real Estate and Construction Group in Geneva. His practice focuses on lease and general contract law, construction law, law of property, planning & zoning law, environmental law, acquisition of real estate by foreigners and commercial litigation.
Timo Sulc graduated from the University of Geneva School of Law in 2003. During his studies he represented the University of Geneva at the 2003 Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot of Pace University, New York. After working as a lawyer with a Swiss legal insurance company in 2003-2004, he was a trainee for the next two years in a Geneva law firm, where he specialized in real estate and construction law. He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2006 and joined our firm as an associate the following year. Timo Sulc obtained in 2011 his Master in Real Estate, accredited RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors), from the Institute of Real Estate Studies of Geneva (IEI). He is a member of the Geneva Bar Association, the Swiss Lawyers Federation and the International Bar Association.
