- Sale and leaseback by a major foreign bank of one of its office buildings in Geneva;
- Structuring and negotiating the acquisition of a shopping center in the canton of Schwyz;
- Acquisition and financing of a major administrative building in Geneva, mainly leased to the Building Foundation for International Organisations;
- Acquisition by way of a share-purchase transaction of two commercial buildings in Rolle, canton of Vaud;
- Structuring and negotiating the acquisition and the easeback of a shopping center from the leading Swiss retailer in the canton of Zurich;
- Acquisition at a public auction of a prime retail and office building located Rue de Rhône in Geneva;
- Advising a bidder in the private auction for the Jelmoli Real Estate Portfolio, the largest real estate transaction ever proposed in Switzerland;

- Sale by a major UK-listed property company of two retail parks in the cantons of Vaud and Fribourg;
- Structuring and negotiating the acquisition and the partial leaseback and lease of an office building in the canton of Zug;
- Sale and leaseback of an office and logistics property in Zurich;
- Negotiating and drafting the general work contract and project management agreement for the construction of the European headquarters of an American corporation in canton of Vaud;
- Negotiating and drafting the acquisition contract of a property in canton of Vaud and the simultaneous conclusion of a total work contract for 67 apartments and 100 parking places.
