Get to know Josef Caleff
Josef Caleff is a partner in our Mergers & Acquisitions Group and heads our Real Estate and Construction Group in Zurich. He advises clients in all types of corporate and M&A transactions and possesses special expertise in real estate transactions, including the drafting and negotiation of property contracts, such as acquisition and finance contracts and commercial leases.
Josef Caleff graduated as Licentiate in Economics in 1996 and as Licentiate in Law in 1999 from the University of St. Gallen. He was admitted to the bar in Switzerland in 2002 and completed a masters program (LL.M.) at the University of California Hastings in San Francisco in 2004. In 2006, he was admitted to the New York bar. Before joining our firm in 2004, he worked as an associate with a major law firm in Zurich in its corporate and M&A practice group.
