Get to know Paul Gully-Hart
Paul Gully-Hart is a partner in our Dispute Resolution Group in Geneva, where he heads our White-Collar Crime and Compliance Group. He has developed a strong practice in complex litigation that frequently involves an international component and multi-jurisdictional aspects. He has specialized in regulatory and compliance issues, asset-tracing, business crime defense work, and international mutual assistance in criminal and regulatory matters.
Paul Gully-Hart is active in banking and commercial disputes and involved in major litigation and international arbitration. He is familiar with com-mon law and often requested to advise on multi-jurisdictional disputes.
A 1977 graduate of the University of Geneva, he was admitted to the Geneva Bar the following year and joined our firm as a partner in 2000. Paul Gully-Hart is a former chairman of the Business Crime Committee of the International Bar Association, where he continues to be active. He speaks regularly at international conferences and seminars on topics within his areas of expertise.
