Arbitral Tribunals do not have to take into account formally incorrect and untimely submissions

In a German language decision dated 6 March 2017, and published on 31 March 2017, the Swiss Supreme Court rejected an application to set aside an interim award on jurisdiction, in which the tribunal had accepted its jurisdiction. (Decision 4A_490/2016.)
