No entitlement to rely on arbitration clause for third party beneficiary of contract with no right to claim performance in its own right

In a German-language decision of 8 March 2012, published on 20 April 2012, the Swiss Supreme Court set aside an award in which an arbitral tribunal of the Court of Arbitration for Sports (CAS) had found that it had jurisdiction to hear a case opposing a third party beneficiary of a contract to one of the parties to the contract.
