Revision of Swiss Supreme Court's decision setting aside arbitral award

In French-language decision 4F_8/2013, dated 10 December 2013, the Swiss Supreme Court declared an application to revise a Supreme Court decision setting aside an arbitral award inadmissible. The application for revision was made on the ground that, as a result of inadvertence, the Supreme Court did not take into consideration relevant facts of the case.
