Revision request: Swiss Supreme Court rules on prerequisite diligence in search for evidence

In a French-language decision dated 30 April 2012 and published on 16 May 2012, the Swiss Supreme Court confirmed that a party cannot request the revision of an award on the basis of facts discovered after the award was rendered, if the failure to discover the evidence was due to the party's own negligence.
