Subjective scope of arbitration agreement reviewed

In a German-language decision dated 6 October 2016, the Swiss Supreme Court rejected an application to set aside, in part, a partial award on jurisdiction, where the tribunal had, inter alia, denied jurisdiction over the second respondent. (Decision 4A_310/2016)
