Nathalie Voser: First Bergsten Lecture, Vienna

Nathalie Voser was asked to give first Bergsten Lecture 2013 held in Vienna, a lecture established in honor of Professor Eric Bergsten, the "father" of the Vis Arbitration Moot who has organized this event for the past 20 years. The lecture, on "Tomorrow's Rules: Key Issues in Arbitration Law Reform", was organized by the University of Vienna and the Austrian Arbitration Association (ArbAUT). It was followed by a panel discussion chaired by Professor Paul Oberhammer (University of Vienna). Panelists included Professor Klaus Peter Berger (University of Cologne), Christoph Liebscher (Wolf Theiss, Vienna) and Franz Schwarz (Wilmer Hale, London).
