Luka Groselj is an associate in our International Arbitration Group and Sports Law Group in Geneva. His practice focuses on international arbitration, including setting aside proceedings before the Swiss Supreme Court and enforcement of awards.

In addition, Luka Groselj advises and represents sports federations, athletes, as well as state entities and corporations for all of their sports law matters. He has represented clients in CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sports) proceedings and before other sports bodies, including the IOC, FIS, IAAF, IBSF, IBU, ISU, IIHF.
 
Luka Groselj graduated from the University of Fribourg (bilingual Bachelor of Law and Master of Law) and spent one term at the University of Glasgow as an exchange student. In 2014, Luka Groselj was awarded an LL.M. in International Economic Law by the Chinese University of Hong Kong. During his studies, Luka Groselj interned with law firms in Geneva and Moscow.

Before joining Schellenberg Wittmer, he also gained experience in the arbitration team of a global law firm in Hong Kong and undertook a nine-month stint in a Hong Kong-based firm specializing in international arbitration.
 
Luka Groselj joined our Geneva office as a trainee lawyer in 2015. After his admission to the Swiss bar, he rejoined us as an associate in 2017.
