Short time extension granted by tribunal on its own motion is no ground for setting aside

In a German-language decision dated 2 March 2017, and published on 16 March 2017, the Swiss Supreme Court rejected a request to set aside an arbitral award on the basis that a one day extension for the submission of the statement of claim constituted a violation of, among other things, the principle of equal treatment. (Decision 4A_405/2016.)
