Banking & Finance

At SW, you will be entrusted with increasingly complex and challenging matters including establishment and licensing of financial institutions in Switzerland, financial services regulation and prudential rules, structuring of capital transactions for banks, advice and implementation of regulatory change projects and finance transactions such as syndicated loan facilities and acquisition finance, structured finance transactions, asset management and investment law etc.

We are looking for candidates to meet the following requirements and skills:

• You are a Swiss-qualified lawyer;
• You are fluent in English and in French and have a good command of German;
• You have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in banking & finance, not necessarily in a law firm but also in the industry and/or with an authority;
• You have excellent academic qualifications and references.

• You have a pragmatic approach and are result oriented;
• You want to be in direct contact with clients;
• You like being closely involved in managing and organizing matters and in making decisions;
• You demonstrate a positive attitude, are reliable, responsible and a team-player.
