We are looking for a lawyer to strengthen our team in the fields of:

At SW, you will be entrusted with increasingly complex and challenging matters covering a large range of corporate and commercial law aspects, including corporate governance, complex acquisitions, mergers, corporate restructurings and joint ventures in all industry sectors.

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements and skills:

  • You are a Swiss-qualified lawyer;
  • You have excellent academic qualifications and references;
  • You are fluent in English and in French and have a good command of German;
  • You preferably have some experience in the corporate and commercial law sector, not necessarily in a law firm but also in the industry;
  • You are keen to pursue your specialization in the corporate and commercial law sector.

On a personal level:

  • You have a pragmatic approach and are result oriented;
  • You want to be in direct contact with clients;
  • You like being closely involved in managing and organizing projects and in making decisions;
  • You demonstrate a positive attitude, are reliable, responsible and a team-player.
