The world is taking extraordinary steps to fight and delay the spread of COVID-19. At Schellenberg Wittmer, we have taken the necessary steps to protect the health of our employees, our clients and the wider communities we work and live in. Lawyer Assistant, Geneva

We are looking for an assistant to join our Private Wealth Group in Geneva (entry date to be discussed but no later than the 1st of August).

Your assignments and tasks will include:

  • Managing of client files (from opening new mandates to archiving);
  • Typing and drafting correspondence;
  • Preparation and layout of correspondence as well as presentation supports;
  • Organization of business trips, meetings with clients and conferences;
  • Interacting with clients, third-parties and authorities;
  • Preparing invoices, managing client billing and collection;

and in general, all the administrative activities inherent to the proper functioning of the Private Wealth Group.

We are looking for candidates to meet the following criteria:

  • You hold a Federal Certificate of Proficiency in Commercial Business (CFC) and have a few years of work experience as an assistant in a challenging environment;
  • You are fluent in English and in French with excellent spelling in both languages (additional language is an asset);
  • You are fully at ease with the usual computer tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint);
  • You are well organized, rigorous, and precise;
  • You have a positive attitude and are client-oriented;
  • You have a good sense of anticipation and are a team-player.
