Project Assistants (60%)

We are looking for two project assistants (60%) to join our finance team in both our Zurich and Geneva offices, for a temporary assignment of 15-18 months starting in January 2022.

Full member of the project team, working both with finance and IT colleagues, you will play a key role in an IT / Finance project.

You will be involved in the following responsibilities

  • Data testing and validation
  • Documentation of the processes and workflows
  • Follow-up to the team leaders
  • Support in staff training, incl. preparation of training tools and documentation

We are looking for the following requirements and skills 

  • Federal certificate of business and commercial apprenticeship with first accounting experience or any equivalent education (this role is open to business students or students in economics or finance)
  • Very good knowledge of English (written and oral) and German (Zurich office) and/or French (Geneva office)
  • Very good command of Microsoft Office and comfortable with IT solutions and data processing
  • Solid communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills, incl. understanding of interrelationships
