The world is taking extraordinary steps to fight and delay the spread of COVID-19. Student job: Receptionist Telephonist (minimum activity rate of 25%), Geneva


We are looking for Receptionist Telephonist with an activity rate of at least 25% (10 hours a week).

As part of our reception team, composed of 6 staff members, you will be responsible for both the visitors and telephone reception according to the following schedule:

  • Standard schedule (25%): Monday to Friday from 12pm to 2pm and/or from 5pm to 7pm;
  • Extra hours (on-demand and subject to availability): Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm.

The position also includes a variety of tasks related to the organization of working lunches and/or events, the management of conference rooms, the distribution of incoming mail/parcels and faxes, petty cash, taxi reservations, management of office supplies, even punctual secretarial work, etc.

Depending on our needs and your availability, you will also be asked to replace your colleagues during their planned and/or unexpected absences or to stay longer in case of an evening event.

We are looking for candidates to meet the following criteria:

  • As a student, you are willing to invest yourself in this position for at least two semesters;
  • Of French mother tongue, you have a very good command of English, in particular strong oral skills (at least general level B2);
  • You have some flexibility in your personal organization and are reliable;
  • You have a very good team spirit and are an enthusiastic colleague;
  • You have ideally a first successful experience in an administrative / reception position as well as good mastery of IT tools.
