Associate Employment Law, Geneva

We are looking for a Swiss-Qualified Lawyer to join our leading Employment Law team in Geneva.


Schellenberg Wittmer’s Employment Law Group has extensive experience advising clients in all matters of employment and employment-related law.


You would further strengthen our multilingual team in, among other things, day to day advice in all employment law matters, representing clients before labor courts, negotiating, drafting and reviewing employment contracts, termination agreements and all contractual documents related to employment law, advising clients in business transfers, mergers and acquisitions, and collective dismissals.


You would join a dynamic, friendly and cross-disciplinary team in a stimulating work environment. This position is based in our Geneva office.



We are looking for candidates to meet the following criteria:

  • You are a Swiss-Qualified lawyer;
  • You have some experience practicing Employment law (experience acquired during traineeship is taken into account);
  • You are fluent in English and in French (German is an asset);
  • You have excellent academic qualifications and references;
  • You are reliable, responsive and have a good judgment;
  • You have a positive attitude and are a team-player;
  • Your approach is pragmatic and result-oriented.
