Full-time legal secretary, Geneva

We are currently seeking a secretary for our Geneva offices with some experience as

personal or executive assistant.

The candidate will be assigned to general secretary duties, preparing legal documents and correspondence (Dictaphone), formatting, proof reading documents, invoicing, emails, filing, travel arrangements.

In addition to French, the candidate must be fluent in English (at least advanced level) and have an excellent spelling in both languages.
The candidate must be dedicated to his/her work, have sense of anticipation, team spirit, be well organized, rigorous, flexible, precise, client oriented and have resistance to stress. He/she must be fully at ease with the usual computer tools (Word, Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint).
