Diversity & Inclusion

Fostering Inclusivity

We believe diversity, equality and inclusion cultivates a dynamic workplace, delivering value to our team, our culture and clients.

Schellenberg Wittmer is committed to respecting and valuing diversity in the workplace, and actively supports and promotes an inclusive working environment. At Schellenberg Wittmer, every individual has equal opportunities, irrespective of gender, status, sexual orientation, ethnicity, background or age – we welcome all differences.

Diversity initiatives and measured targets are continuously set in our commitment for a more diverse workforce. We aim for more female representation within leadership positions and are implementing specialized initiatives promoting LGBTQI+ issues.

Dedicated taskforces who contribute to the firm’s overall business strategies set substantive programs in direct connection with targeted measures and incentives for firm topics like succession planning, retention of key talent, coaching and mentoring and unconscious bias.

We are the leading firm in Switzerland for diversity and inclusion:  we have one of the highest numbers of women in management positions, our firm is the first to promote specialized LGBTQI+ initiatives and we have diverse representation at all levels, including within the firm’s Management Committee.

Schellenberg Wittmer partners each year with multiple organizations that promote diversity and inclusion, including non-profit associations: the Women in Business Society, Frauenarbeit, Le Refuge and Regenbogen Familien.
