GIR 100 2019: Investigations and White Collar Crime group in top 100 worldwide

Schellenberg Wittmer has been featured in the GIR 100, the Global Investigations Review's annual guide to the world’s 100 leading cross-border investigations practices, for the 5th consecutive year.

The guide profiles 100 firms, whose outstanding investigations practices have been vetted by the GIR team, including the go-to teams in numerous jurisdictions worldwide.

In its editorial review, GIR describes Schellenberg Wittmer as precursor mentionning that the firm "was the first large firm to have its own in-house criminal defence team at a time when white-collar work was typically handled by smaller boutiques".

Schellenberg Wittmer's Internal Corporate Investigations and White-Collar Crime and Compliance teams are headed by Benjamin Borsodi, Peter Burckhardt and Paul Gully-Hart.
