Schellenberg Wittmer Advises Shareholders of WorldConnect AG on sale to Cellularline

Cellularline, a leading company in the smartphone and tablet accessories industry and listed on the Italian Stock Exchange (MTA), agreed to acquire 80% of the shares in the Swiss company WorldConnect AG. WorldConnect AG is well known for its premium travel adapters brands Skross and Q2 Power. The consideration for the acquisition is CHF 15.8 million.

Closing is expected to occur in Q.3 2020.

Schellenberg Wittmer is acting as legal counsel to the sellers. The team consists of Oliver Triebold, Marcel Jakob, Stefanie Maurer (all Corporate/M&A) and Philipp Groz (IP).
