Schellenberg Wittmer Successfully Represents Group of PV Solar Investors in Setting-Aside Proceedings before Swiss Supreme Court

Schellenberg Wittmer successfully defended an arbitral award obtained by a group of solar energy investors against the Kingdom of Spain in setting-aside proceedings before the Swiss Supreme Court. The investors had brought Energy Charter Treaty (ECT) claims against Spain in UNCITRAL arbitration proceedings administered by the Permanent Court of Arbitration.

Schellenberg Wittmer's team included Partners Anya George and Nathalie Voser*, Counsel Sebastiano Nessi and Associate Damien Clivaz*.

 The decision was published by the Swiss Supreme Court and reported on in The Global Arbitration Review and IAReporter.
