At Schellenberg Wittmer, we have taken the necessary steps to protect the health of our employees, our clients and the wider communities we work and live in. Schellenberg Wittmer Hosts SCCC's Legal Chapter 2019 Forum


Schellenberg Wittmer was the host of the Swiss Chinese Chamber of Commerce's event "SCCC Legal Chapter 2019 Forum – Geneva", organized by Counsel Philippe Nicod and Partner Jean Jacques Ah Choon in collaboration with the Swiss-Chinese Chamber of Commerce's Geneva Chapter.

The event brought together over 50 delegates and included presentations by experienced practitioners on Free Trade vs. Protectionism; New Foreign Investment Law of the P.R.C.; Intellectual Property and Financial Markets. Philippe Nicod's presentation focused on recent legal issues faced by Huawei.
