Swiss Rules of International Arbitration (Swiss Rules) 2021


With the restructuring of the arbitration institutions of the Swiss chambers of commerce into the new "Swiss Arbitration Centre", the Swiss Rules of International Arbitration (Swiss Rules) have been amended. The revision addresses the most recent developments and trends in international arbitration, while party autonomy and the flexibility of the proceedings are safeguarded.
