Andrea Dorjee-Good was a speaker at the Association of Bernese Notaries and the Institute for Notarial Law and Practice annual conference. The conference took place at the University of Bern with Prof. Dr. Stephan Wolf and Prof. Martin Eggel and covered the topic of "The new law of succession - in particular legal transaction planning and aspects from notarial practice as well as international law of succession".
Andrea was invited as keynote speaker to talk about the practical implications of the revision of the Swiss inheritance law, the revision of the private international inheritance law as well as the envisaged revision of the inheritance law to facilitate business succession.
