The Swedish-Swiss Chamber of Commerce, in collaboration with Schellenberg Wittmer, organized an event on "The Revised Swiss Inheritance Law – How will it impact you?".
The Swiss inheritance law is currently being revised with a new law coming into force on 1 January 2023, which will offer more flexibility in estate planning.
During this event, Andrea gave the participants an overview of the most important changes and their impact on estate planning in Switzerland.
