The conference was organized by the Russian Arbitration Association and National Research University Higher School of Economics. The conference featured a number of topics connected to the moot court case scenario, including interpretation of arbitration agreements; correlation between the actual damages and loss of profits; peculiarities connected to resolution of the sport related cases. Daniil Vlasenko covered the section regarding "Responsibility of Athletes to the Sport Clubs", where he covered athlete's responsibilities arising out of labor and civil contracts, as well as some additional topics including strict liability of athletes in the sphere of anti-doping rules violations.
